One of our most popular classes! Learn to make Thai curry pastes from scratch and then a variety of dishes using the pastes! The list of ingredients can seem a bit daunting, but not difficult once you understand the components and techniques to pull them together. Made well, these creations are outstanding! We will prepare a full spectrum, each with its own distinctive flair and applications. We will prepare simple, classic dishes that highlight key ingredients, flavorings, techniques and equipment. Also, learn about the local sources for essential ingredients that can be a bit hard to find.
