• To Begin: Chicken Liver Mousse: Warm Triple Cream Cheese in a Crock; Salted Walnuts, Brioche Toasts, Cornichons, and Pickled Onions. Served with one of Georgeanne’s newest creations, L’Apero les Trois Aperitivo

• First Course: Trio of Class Crudites: Celery Root Remoulade, Carrot Rape, Marinated Cucumbers
