$95.00Join us for an autumn visit to Provence. The mornings are cooling, and the warm afternoon sun is lying low in the sky. The markets are brimming with produce of orange and gold; the cooking is gentle, slower, and the inside gatherings are warm and welcoming. This is Provence in autumn. Start your season off right with a gathering in our kitchen making an authentic meal with recipes collected on our annual visits to the region. A perfect fall meal you can create for your family and friends.
We are offering two sessions depending on your preferred time of day: one lunchtime gathering in the AM and one dinnertime in the in the PM.

• Mushroom Beignets with Aioli
• Rillettes du Canard (Duck Rillettes with Country Dijon, Cornichons and Baguettes)
• French White Bean Stew with Sausages and Fine Herbes
• Provencal Salade with Tarragon-Shallot Vinaigrette
• Pear Clafoutis
Techniques / Skills: knife skills; frying beignets, making an aioli by hand; sourcing duck and braising for rillettes; soaking beans, making stew and thickening techniques; salad dressings and making the perfect clafoutis.
