Pasta Making in Florence with our Friend, Anna Bini

Epicurean Exchange Culinary Travel’s guests have had the honor of cooking with our friend and cooking teacher legend, Anna Bini. At 87, Anna still teaches at her Florence cooking school just off the Ponte Vecchio Bridge; learning, cooking, and sharing a wonderful meal together.

Although she won’t be alongside us, join us to create the meal we prepared under Anna’s watchful eye (including fresh pasta), and enjoyed together in her Florence kitchen! Receive her recipes and insights about the ingredients and techniques to prepare her special dishes. Anna and I would love to share her recipes with you all. She will be very proud when we send her photos of our time together!
