Epicurean Exchange Culinary Education is pleased to welcome back our friend — celebrated author, journalist, historian, and food educator — Georgeanne Brennan, for another of her lively gatherings celebrating the food and flavors of Haute Provence! Work side-by-side with Georgeanne and the other guests as we prepare this extraordinary seasonal menu. We’ll dine together at the end based on our efforts and paired with regional French wines.
